What is 〜わけではない?
〜わけではない (or 〜わけじゃない) expresses partial negation or clarification, meaning "it doesn't mean," "not necessarily," "not always," or "it's not that." It softens or qualifies a statement.
嫌いなわけではない
"It's not that I dislike it" / "I don't necessarily dislike it"
できないわけではない

Formation
Pattern: Plain form + わけではない
With verbs:
行く → 行くわけではない (doesn't necessarily go)
知る → 知るわけではない (doesn't necessarily know)

With い-adjectives:
