What is 〜てはいけない?
〜てはいけない expresses prohibition or strong negative permission. It means "must not," "may not," or "not allowed to."
入ってはいけません
"You must not enter" / "Entry is prohibited"
ここで食べてはいけない
"You must not eat here" / "Eating is not allowed here"

Pattern: Verb て-form + は + いけない/いけません
